A Florentine country residence, it is part of a farm complex in a dominant position on the hills of Chianti Fiorentino. The villa is located in a secluded and private position on the estate and enjoys an exclusive private and shady garden. The farm's swimming pool is available to guests as well as ample parking and a barbecue area, and during your stay you can enjoy walks throughout the 12-hectare farm. Located just 15 minutes from Florence.
It consists of three rooms and a large antique kitchen with a fireplace equipped with all utensils and a service bathroom. On the second floor are the main bedrooms and bathrooms. The garden is partly Italianate and is surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. A consecrated chapel is located next to the villa.
Access is on the ground floor, and only small steps separate it from the garden. Parking is only 20 meters away. The pool is in front of the door.
The outdoor areas are shared with a few other apartments that overlook the farmyard.
