Nestled in the green Tuscan countryside, in the Chianti area, in a small valley 3 km from San Casciano in Val di Pesa, Casale LA FORNACE consists of three apartments:
“La Villetta” of 100 m2, 4 adults +2 children
“La Grande” of 160 m2, 6 adults
“La Loggia” of 100 m2, 2 adults + 2 children
Each with its own driveway, private parking and garden.
Our property is 15 km from Florence, 30 km from San Gimignano, 50 km from Siena, 80 km from Pisa, 80 km from Lucca.
“La Grande” is one of three apartments, about 160 square meters, completely renovated and well furnished, located on the second floor (plus attic). Also being part of a larger complex, it has its own entrance, private parking and garden.
It has three large bedrooms for 6 people: 1 double bed (160x190cm) in the first room, two single beds (90 x190cm) and a crib in the second room, and 1 double bed (140 x190cm) in the third room located in the attic. It is completed by a large modern kitchen with large dining table, all appliances, and two bathrooms (1 bathroom, with double sink and bathtub and 1 with shower and washing machine). Living room with comfortable seating and television with large screen. Unlimited WI-FI internet connection.
It is surrounded by a garden with a gazebo with table and chairs, sunbeds, and parking.
The property enjoys a large garden with barbecue surrounded by olive groves and a swimming pool of about 70 square meters, to be shared with other guests.
The swimming pool is available to guests with deck chairs and umbrellas ( open from May 1 to September 30).

Other things to keep in mind
A car is required to reach our farmhouse. The property is accessed by a dirt road in good condition for about 2 km, you will find a steep section with a concrete road surface (sports trim cars are not recommended). Precise directions to get there will be provided at the time of booking.
Your stay in one of our properties can be completed by booking some of our experiences.For all our activities we recommend booking well in advance to ensure the availability of services.
If you love sports and outdoor activities, we can rent you mountain bikes and E-bikes, or offer you horseback riding, Vespa, quad or off-road experiences exploring our countryside and forests, as well as a more exclusive hot-air balloon ride!

We organise special tours with private guides to Florence, Siena, Pisa, the Chianti countryside or the Etruscan coast. On request also to destinations in other regions.
We can provide a private chef for traditional Tuscan lunches or dinners or special.

free cancellation within 30 days. Cancellation from 30 to 15 days penalty of 50% of the amount. Cancellation within 15 days before the check, penalty of 100% of the amount
